Months, and I have no idea how many, ok, it was 785 days ago, Amy and I started down the path of wanting to build our custom home. Yesterday that path ended where it began, with CSM Home out of Troy, MO. The very first company I called out of the blue ended up winning home and my confidence. Jeff Sheets, Michelle Peterson, and Dale Black have been phenomenal since the first day I talked to them. Since that day I know I have spent hours and hours talking to numerous builders on what they had to offer and in the end, I know I made the right choice.
- Last night (3/4) Amy and I signed our contract to start the build of our home.
- Tonight, 3/5, we met Jeff on the lot to do a preliminary stake of the house location.
- Tomorrow, 3/6, they will begin digging.
- The over/under on the house is 120 days for the construction build, the same amount of time I spent in basic training and tech school. Place your bets.
