The house is progressing along nicely. We were told the appliances and lights will all go in on July 21st. The water issue is moving along as well. The new valves are in and inspections passed. Heavy rains have kept them from being sanitized and cleaned the last two days. Hopefully they are tapped by the end of the week, we'll see. The only new issue/question/concern is whether or not all the sound proofing has been installed. We looked into some of the available gaps in the front room ceiling and we don't see it. We left two voice mails and an email to the builder. We should find out what is going on with it tomorrow. But we checked the start sheet, "Sound proofing to be installed in all interior ceilings and walls." IF they did miss it and have to tear down drywall, at least they found out now before mudding and taping.
